Saint Charles?

Well that's a lie. He was "well liked" because he told you it was OK to hate the people you want to hate.
Find that for me and post it. Find him saying he hates gays and we need to execute them.
Show me him saying that hate will conquer hate...

Here's the short answer. I added the bold:

Beatification and canonization are rites and traditions of the Roman Catholic Church and are based on a misunderstanding and/or misinterpretation of Scripture. Saints are the body of Christ, Christians, the church. All Christians are considered saints. All Christians are saints—and at the same time are called to be saints. In Roman Catholic practice, the saints are revered, prayed to, and in some instances, worshiped (although this is vehemently denied by Catholics). In the Bible, saints are called to revere, worship, and pray to God alone.

The Irish Ram, hadit, SweetSue92 - please chime in, I gotta go and wasn't planning on getting into this discussion, lol!
I believe that the Catholic Church muddies the waters by incorrectly using titles found in the Bible.

1. Priests. Scripture says believers are a royal priesthood. That's significant and distinct from the Jewish priesthood, as in Judaism one could either be a king (royal) or a priest, but not both. The CC took the title of priest and made it mean something completely different. This discourages Christians from realizing their true value and place in Christ's kingdom. A priest is an intermediary between God and man, and we fulfill that function by spreading the Good News of the Gospel. We SHOULD consider ourselves to be priests and eagerly spread the Good News. Let us not wait for those "appointed" to do it, let's ALL get involved in doing it.

2. Saints. Scripture says that believers are saints. The CC took the title of saint and made it mean something completely different. The discourages Christians from realizing their true value and place in Christ's kingdom. We SHOULD see all believers as saints. That would give each of us a different perspective on how God views us. He doesn't view us downtrodden sinners, desperately seeking a little of His favor, hoping for crumbs from His table. He views us as whole, completely forgiven and set apart for His glory. If we continue to see ourselves as less than how God sees us, we will not fulfill His purpose for our lives and will not bring Him the glory we otherwise would.

First thing on a google search
Fact-checkers are leftists who raised their ugly heads to perpetuate the left ideologies. We didn't need them when journalists had morals and before Obama allowed them to forgo truth and spread propaganda.
Show me the video of Kirk actually saying the things you are trying to meme us into believing...

Yes, miracles were getting DJ Trump re-elected and America back to Christianity. The rest is self-evident.
Saint Charles? LOL A pissant little right wing flap yapper, no real accomplishments other than spreading hatred of other Americans. If we are going to canonize an American, how about President Carter. Truly followed Christ's teachings.

"It's worth it to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year, so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights," he said during an April 5, 2023, appearance at the Salt Lake City campus of Awaken Church. "That is a prudent deal."

At a December 2023 political conference hosted by his Turning Points USA group, Wired magazine reported that Kirk decried not only Martin Luther King Jr., calling the civil rights leader "awful" and "not a good person," but also the Civil Rights Act of 1965 that outlawed discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex and national origin, and prohibited segregation.

"I have a very, very radical view on this, but I can defend it, and I've thought about it," Kirk said. "We made a huge mistake when we passed the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s."

"It is a growing consensus in the pro-life world that abortion is never medically necessary," he told one female student, who then asked, if someone raped his hypothetical 10-year-old daughter, would he want the child to be born.

"The answer is, yes, the baby would be delivered," he said.

He also notably compared pandemic vaccine requirements to apartheid during a 2021 interview with Tucker Carlson.

In a February 2024 Instagram post, Kirk referred to the "great replacement" conspiracy theory (which has been widely debunked), suggesting undocumented immigrants are coming to the U.S. to replace white Americans.

"I can't stand the word empathy, actually. I think empathy is a made up new age term that does a lot of damage."

Who's name will still be known a 1000 years from now, while yours will disappear with you.

Portland? That's funny, ironic in fact when you talk about "flap yappers" and hatred.

Trumpy Claus is coming to your town, you know, the guy that Saint Charles helped get elected. A bit of a miracle itself.

I think that we should greet the National Guard with pie, coffee, and beer. Trump? Rotton tomatoes and jeers for the treasonous fat senile demented old orange clown.

As will yours. And the little that Trump will be remembered for will be folly and idiocy. Ozymandias.
Yeah, I have never desired fame nor involved myself in political/moral discussions at the international level.

Kirk did, and he motivated tens of millions of young people. It's thanks to his efforts that you and yours decades of work will fail.

I think you should worry about finding some place to live and take a shower before you greet anyone.

Portland, LOL. How does a city like that become a complete shithole of vagrants and psychos anyway?

Yea... thats not the statement of someone mentally stable.
Sure it is. Bribem has been selling out this country since he was a senator.

If this were back in the 1940's he would have already been strung up.
