Hogan bought me and four Marine buddies a drink in San Diego one night... we had just finished up a tough day of infantry training and left the base to get some food and a few drinks... and he stepped up out of nowhere shook our hands and bought us a round... super nice man... I got a little teared up today when I saw a video of him and his wife getting baptized last year on FOX news today... God rest his soul...

Another recent passing is country music legendary lady Helen Cornelius. She passed at the age of 83 on July 18th. Right here is my most favorite Christmas song which was done by her.

I don't think it's sad when people die in their old age. It's a part of life. When they die young, it's more a tragedy. These people's music will live on.
