Things like trying to deny trans patients access to medical care or preventing teachers from addressing issues that affect their gay and trans students or even in some cases being allowed to acknowledge they exist. What are these RW regulations?
So all LGBTQ face the same moral issues as MAGA?
Things like trying to deny trans patients access to medical care.
Do you have to consult a stranger before you are allowed the medical care you need?Trans patient has equal access to medical care as does anyone else.
However, if they want surgery, is it medically necessary or is it elective surgery?
What? Trans people don't have a PCP?Do you have to consult a stranger before you are allowed the medical care you need?
Are you just acting stupid or do you not know about the bans on transgender care for minors and attempts to do so for adult's as well as attempts to prevent teachers from talking about them in school? As for your question about elective or necessary are you a doctor? Teen girls who have a risk of breast cancer can elect to have mastectomies without issues. If their breasts are too large they can elect to reduce them to reduce strain on their backs. Neither of these elective surgeries are up for public debate are they? Or can they just be an issue between doctors and their patients? What? Trans people don't have a PCP?
The bans are from trans gender influencers pushing their position on young uninformed minors, often behind the backs of parents with help from the teachers. Are you just acting stupid or do you not know about the bans on transgender care for minors and attempts to do so for adult's as well as attempts to prevent teachers from talking about them in school? That's not the medical bans I'm referring to. This seems to be describing a ban on free speech from people's who's opinion you disagree with. The bans are from trans gender influencers pushing their position on young uninformed minors, often behind the backs of parents with help from the teachers.
I didn't say a teenager with breast cancer, I said a teenager with a high risk of breast cancer or overly large breasts can elect to have surgery at the recommendation of their doctors. Those are also considered elective surgeries and they're not controversial. If your problem were the elective nature of these surgeries you'd have a problem with these as well. Also minors can elect to have medical procedures against the wishes of their parents through medical emancipation. It's how children of fundamentalist parents can receive medical care despite their parents only believing in the power of prayer.A teenager who has breast cancer falls under the medically necessary use of HC. BTW. a minor can not elect to do anything without parental consent.
These decisions should be left to a doctor and their patients. You don't seem to have a problem with the other elective surgeries I listed.Elective surgery would be akin to plastic surgery, or having a vagina created or penis removed..........not medically necessary.
What do you mean by "attacked viciously"? There's a huge difference between violence and refusing to bake someone a cake, between running someone out of town and refusing to use their preferred pronoun.I’m not sure how you advocate to protect the rights of LGBTQ and trans folks who get attacked viciously without annoying the people who attack them
Abandon them? No. But there should be significantly less emphasis on the LGBTQ alphabet group, instead of dominance of policy positions and culture for such a niche group of Americans. The trans movement, enablement and advocation by the Democrats has forced Americans to accept a mental illness as a reality.Ok. Here’s a question.
I have many friends who are LGBTQ and some trans
Do we just abandon them?
How dare members of our society feel there should be some protections from economic discrimination. Of course people should be allowed to bar gays or blacks or jews from sitting at the lunch counter....What do you mean by "attacked viciously"? There's a huge difference between violence and refusing to bake someone a cake, between running someone out of town and refusing to use their preferred pronoun.
If you get back to defending equal rights, instead of demanding "equity", you'll win back many of the voters you've lost.
In other words… abandon themAbandon them? No. But there should be significantly less emphasis on the LGBTQ alphabet group, instead of dominance of policy positions and culture for such a niche group of Americans. The trans movement, enablement and advocation by the Democrats has forced Americans to accept a mental illness as a reality.
Children in kindergarten and elementary school (K-6) are being indoctrinated in the LGBTQ lifestyle, in many instances without their parents consent. They are prepubescent children whose focus should be on the educational basics to better prepare them for high school. Children going into puberty begin to discover their sexuality at a later age, LBGTQ tendencies show up during these years, and in many cases, it's a passing phase, but not all. This seems to be describing a ban on free speech from people's who's opinion you disagree with.
This would deem it medically necessary on the advice of a doctor.I didn't say a teenager with breast cancer, I said a teenager with a high risk of breast cancer or overly large breasts can elect to have surgery at the recommendation of their doctors. Those are also considered elective surgeries and they're not controversial.
Medical emancipation isn't a one size fits all solution like you try to make it. Many cases a guardian must be approved to make decisions for the minor. All states emancipate children at 18 years of age. Also minors can elect to have medical procedures against the wishes of their parents through medical emancipation.
You only mentioned one scenario..........breast issues. Tell, is a boob job elective or medically necssary? These decisions should be left to a doctor and their patients. You don't seem to have a problem with the other elective surgeries I listed.
They now have equal protection under the law, do you think they should have special protection? In other words… abandon them
LGTBQ in not a lifestyle anyone gets indoctrinated into. Those letters stand for natural biological sexual preferences in the case of the L the G the B and Q and in the case of the T, represents natural differences in biological brain identities.Children in kindergarten and elementary school (K-6) are being indoctrinated in the LGBTQ lifestyle, in many instances without their parents consent. They are prepubescent children whose focus should be on the educational basics to better prepare them for high school. No one wants to dissolve your family. We aren't making you people disown or be shitty to your LGTBQ kids to the point that they want nothing to do with you.The radical left's goal of dissolving the nuclear family and taking parents out of the equation because they think they know better and our children are caught in the crossfire, possibly maimed for life from this indoctrination.
They aren't. Reducing your breast size or getting a mastectomy to ward off possible cancer in the future is elective as well. This would deem it medically necessary on the advice of a doctor.
I've already told you.Medical emancipation isn't a one size fits all solution like you try to make it. Many cases a guardian must be approved to make decisions for the minor. All states emancipate children at 18 years of age.
You only mentioned one scenario..........breast issues. Tell, is a boob job elective or medically necssary?
Those people are magaturds. You morons still don't get that people see all of this as a lawfare dog pile.
Merits?!?That, and you still refuse to debate topics on the merits
No .. it's just rational policy making. A clear majority don't support the extreme, LGTB alphabet agenda. In other words… abandon them
Aaaand the raging racist has entered the chatThe problem isn't messaging, the problem is that a majority of the country are deplorable fucking whites who prefer that sort of thing.
