The majority of Russian people are very nationalistic and love Putin.

Russians are a proud people and don't like America and the EU trying to bully them.

They will just tighten their belts and keep on keeping on. ....

Maybe if Putin will loosen the belt that are tied to Russians neck maybe you will see more protest.
I know several Russians but they are scared and piss off at Putin. Putin thug will be a life time president by eliminating all his political opponents.

It has become pretty obvious that disagreeing or becoming a threat to Putin is hazardous to someone's health...
