Russia isn't poor - hasn't committed even a 1/10th of its military - US needs to be smarter

I just think it's a big mistake by American "Ukraine supporters" to not realize how dangerous Russia really is. Russia sending a bunch of cheap conscripts to achieve stealing 90% of the world's neon production, is a HUGE win. But the biggest one that puzzles me is that Russia's wealth is measured by the stupid "GDP" measuring stick lol.

That's a nonsense measuring stick.

A better one is how much energy is consumed. Because energy = economy.

Russia is arguable 1/4th the energy consumption of the US and 1/2 per capita. So it's at least 1/2 as "strong" as the US. Except most of Russia's electricity goes to mining and heavy industry. While most of US electricity goes to powering fucking-machines to support its burgeoning pedo-homo population.

Much of the remaining military is not actual combat forces, capiche.
