Trump don't care. China and Russia have been beaten up for years by the USA and have done nothing to fight back kinetically. They have been stressed tested extensively, especially Russia who gets bombed regularly by the USA / Ukraine...and have done shit. I'm not saying we can't push them to eventually attack America. But if we look at who has all the military bases around the world, it is the USA. America aspires to be the boss of the world, not Russia and China.
