MOSCOW, March 5. ITAR-TASS reported. Russia has begun to develop the monitoring system of elections in the United States. The statement was made head of the Central Election Commission of Russia Vladimir Churov.
"We started to develop the monitoring system of elections in the United States," - he said.
"The U.S. needs to send observers or in each individual state. We now form a system which allows remotely monitor each state."
"Observation is close and very honest," - said Churov, explaining that it was intended "to analyze the information from the American political parties, independent candidates, representatives of civil society."
