Guess the New York quake was punishment for the killing of all the old people they shoved onto ventilators to die during the earlier part of the Covid Scam .

And most definitely God punished the Welsh peasants when there was the Aberfan disaster killing 144 people , mostly evil Welsh peasant children .

I don’t think it is God’s will. I think it is normal Russian Corruption.

When we learned how the Soviet System really worked, we realized that their economy was crap.

I have no doubts reading the news of today, that the Russian system still operates the same way. In fact I’ve known that for years. They can’t or won’t change.

Let me give you an example. Let’s say that the engineering plans call for welded reinforced steel rebar in concrete of a certain strength at ten meters thick.

The rebar will be there, thinner than needed. It will be tied together, or wired, but not welded. The concrete will be cheaper than needed, and thinner. They’ll cut corners everywhere and lie about it to report success.

If you want a real world example. Chernobyl. The plans called for fire retardant roof sealant. That sealant was expensive and hard to acquire. So they used tar. Tar is flammable. And when it starts burning is hard to put out. So they turned the roof of a nuclear power plant into a gigantic candle.

Now if there is one thing you don’t want to cut corners on, it’s a nuclear power plant. But they cut corners.

So the thing is that everyone does that. The real problem is that the people at the top believe the reports that say everything was done exactly as required. Despite the fact that they remember lying in their own reports to get the success they needed for advancement.

Maybe the fact that many fighters can and should also be mobilized to fight the disaster? Common practice.

No one (aside from some Negro countries-seen myself) contributes "combat troops" towards a natural disaster - but e.g. logistic, medical and engineer units that have been assigned and trained for disaster relief missions/tasks.

In Russia's case these would ordered and activated by the The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters - drawing from a pool of around 1,000,000 active and non-active personal, that are stationed and residing within Russia and have never seen action in e.g. the Ukraine.

But who cares about those flooded babushkas if your army can terrorize neighbouring countries, right?

Even if Russia would not be committed towards a war in order to preserve it's economic sovereignty - it is known that countries like Russia and their respective governments "don't really give a shit" about their own people, in comparison to fake democracies, (who depend on elections).
