And the free hospitalization with many hospitals. The free medical care and free transportation form the government subsidized EMS, Fire. paramedic agencies that costs are increasing incredibly to do. The sirens run 24 hours a day. The real costs are incredible. The poverty/poverty servicing game exists. And it is expensive.

I bet it costs more per person to supply rural electricity than it does urban, for one example, not to mention roading.

And the free hospitalization with many hospitals.

My grandma lived in Winnsboro, Tx.
It's said that the police there had two crime rings going on........

1. Anytime they confiscated drugs, they would have a drug party at the station. Or resell it to the druggies they confiscated it off of.

2. Allowed the only ambulance business in town to run their ambulances like taxis, while using their emergency sirens and lights to get to parties, go shopping, or just harassing people on the roads.

It was no secret, but nobody would ever do anything about them.
