Only if indicted, and, in my opinion, that isn't going to happen. Not that she is innocent, she is just to big to fail. Which means she obviously has a lot of dirt on a lot of people.

Some would vote for her with pics of the smoking gun at her sentencing hearing. Others would not and in a close election like we will most likely have here, it should mean a loss at the polls.
