Do you know how few teacher unions have the right to strike in this country? What will they do if their demands are not met?

Before COVID, no teacher's union would dare get involved in the day-to-day decisions regarding what was actually taught. Teachers are often solicited for advice, but that is outside the union environment, as it should be. I was a union member in a few of my districts and not a member in many more. Not once did my unions ever try to provide input into curriculum decisions, even when I was a school administrator.

Well, SOMETHING has destroyed education in this country. Students are graduating high school and can't read.

Economic powerhouses such as the UK, Australia, Canada, and the US have high rankings, yet disparities exist. For example, the US education ranking comes in 13th place, with a score of 0.883, and falls behind countries like Germany and New Zealand, in 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

It's like we allow in immigrants from countries with an illiterate population. Instead of them becoming educated, our schools are adapting to their illiteracy.

Kids in schools should be learning stuff they actually need, like how do mortgages work, how do credit cards work, what is APR on a loan, how to household budget, how to cook meals and not buy processed crap etc.. And more importantly, when they learn maths, show them in real life examples on where it's used. How about social skills learning, go out and play/socialise as opposed to virtual playing/socialising on electronics.

They should teach actual history about “racism” instead of pushing the “Juneteenth” lie. The last black slaves were not freed on “Juneteenth”. The last black slaves in America would not be free for another year after “Juneteenth”. The last of the black slaves freed in America were the black slaves own by the native Americans. But that doesn’t fit the dishonest liberal narrative.
