Winning? Not so sure.

But it's a strong ticket..no doubt.

The “I don’t know” about human causation of climate change came off as a softening of his stance. In June, talking about global warming at a town hall in Manchester, N.H., Romney said, “I believe that humans contribute to that.” That statement drew him some unwanted enthusiasm: Al Gore wrote on his blog, “Good for Mitt Romney. . . . While other Republicans are running from the truth, he is sticking to his guns in the face of the anti-science wing of the Republican Party.”

Id actually kind of prefer Rubio in the Senate. He can do more good there than as VP.

You kidding?

He'd add alot of Hispanics in the Republican column. Something they very much need.

Personally I think Romney's going to go with Pawlenty..or Huntsman. But there might be a surprise.

Doesn't take much to be a VP

Look at the current moron in the VP position.

Christ, you can't get dumber/bat shit crazier than that.

Romney would never go with Huntsman. I don't think the nation would support two mormons in the top spot.

And I dont think he will pick Pawlenty either. though to be honest I have no clue who he would pick.

I think Rubio would be a waste as VP. We can get hispanic votes regardless. But Rubio can actually do good in the Senate.

Besides, I dont think hispanics are going to vote for someone just because they are hispanic. Most I've met aren't racist.

Any (R) candidate would have to be insane not to beg Rubio to join the ticket.

That's not it at all.

Republicans have been very anti-hispanic for quite some time. Bush was different, but for the most part..there is some very belligerent attitudes towards hispanics from Conservatives in general.

Yes, I do like him in the Senate also but, I like Rubio for the VP, because if anything happens to the new president, Rubio could be ready in a heartbeat. A fast learner and articulate, exciting speaker the hot one is.

I could live with a "moderate" north east republican and a conservative V.P. Of course anything is better than what we have, a neo-socialist and a brain damaged V.P. who can't be trusted to give a speech. What a bunch.

Boy, you said it... what a collection of complete asshats... both of them. I'm not sure how Biden even manages to dress himself in the morning.

Wait, isn't the VP President of the Senate?? So if Rubio were the VP, he'd have a lot of influence in the Senate. ;)
