Last Tuesday, former Wyoming Representative Liz Cheney tweeted this in response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s claim that the criminal indictments of Trump are politically motivated:

“Putin has now officially endorsed the Putin-wing of the Republican Party. Putin Republicans & their enablers will end up on the ash heap of history. Patriotic Americans in both parties who believe in the values of liberal democracy will make sure of it."

In reality, the Putin wing of the Republican Party has taken over the Republican Party. The GOP no longer believes in the values of liberal democracy. It has become a cesspool of authoritarian nihilism.

As Mitt Romney told the Atlantic’s McKay Coppins, “a very large portion of my party really doesn’t believe in the Constitution.”

The GOP is now a rogue elephant — increasingly dangerous, out of control, and on a rampage.

Putin is correct.
The Dirty Democrat Party's phony indictments against Trump are 100% political motivated and they are intended to interfere with the 2024 election.
However, that doesn't mean the Republicans are Putin supporters.
That is Robert B. Reich's crazy far left hyperbolic hate and fear mongering.
Reich's wild lying makes him irrelevant to intelligent voters.
This left-wing crackpot has been doing this over-the-top lying for decades.
He is way out of touch with mainstream Americans.
The Corrupt Democrat Party's crazy version of "democracy" is a one party neo-marxist totalitarian police state where they can rig elections, and censor and arrest their opponents.
