Meathead is an example of a person who plays a character in his make-believe world and then over time morphs into that character in real-life. He's a parody of himself, but he and his lemmings think he's really Meathead fighting the evil Archie Bunkers of the world.

Someone should tell Rob, "there aren't any Archie Bunkers hiding under your bed, and there aren't any Meatheads to save the day (with much more vitriol than the T.V character Meathead ever showed).
