I’m still waiting for one of those Republican snakes or a supporter of the “Safer Communities Act”, or even a Fox News personality, to point to the wording in our federal constitution authorizing Congress to tax and spend for the purposes stated in the Act.

Keep in mind that on January 5, 2011, the House of Representatives adopted an amendment to House Rule XII requiring that Members state the constitutional basis for Congress’s power to enact the proposed legislation when introducing a bill or joint resolution. SOURCE

So, what is the constitutional basis for Congress to enact the 2022 “Bipartisan Safer Communities Act” and tax and spend for the purposes stated therein?

Those 14 "Republicans" acted in concert with the Revolutionary Democrat Leadership to intentionally assume and exercise an unauthorized regulatory, taxing and spending power under the cover of a prevailing emotional state of the people, and they most definitely are desirous of exploiting the people’s emotions to enlarge Congress' powers. If this was not the case, they would have presented an appropriate amendment as required under Article V authorizing the currently unconstitutional legislation found in the Safer Communities Act of 2022

The Act is nothing more than a clever, and calculated move, to expand and tighten the iron fist of the federal government around the necks of the American people and the States, and the scoundrels who voted for the Act need to be punished ____ no punishment to be left off the table.

specifically as practicable the power or powers granted to Congress in the Constitution to enact the bill or joint resolution. . . "
