The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) are the ones who decide what products from China are to be hit with tarriffs.

I would imagine the Trump family's products made in china do not produce enough revenue for China to be eligible for the tarriff list or it could just be a beauracratic oversight.

Years from now, when he’s sitting on the porch of some Hawaiian mansion, counting his millions in book royalties and speaking fees, I hope Barack Obama finally has a moment of truth.
