This law prevents nothing, stupid. They had the same amount of time to vote as all the rest of the absentee voters.

Under GA law mail-in ballots are accepted through election day, and up to 3 days after election day under Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.

These are not early in-person votes where they are receiving a ballot, marking a ballot, and having it scanned (i.e. an early voting period), these are mail-in ballots being delivered which are valid through close of polls on election day.

So no, not end of story. Valid mail-in packages are held and processed with the others and are valid. That is the end of the story.

You shouldn't get all worked up about this particular legal challenge to the vote this year. It is only the beginning of what is going to be a long string of challenges the orange ass-hat's legal minions are going to be tying the courts up with beginning Wednesday morning once Harris is determined to be the winner.
That is the back up strategy they have to steal this election even without legitimately winning. They want this election to be decided by courts they are hoping will be friendlier to them than the ballot boxes.
There IS a slim chance they'll be able to pull off this coup.....but maybe not.
Remember the 62 court cases in 2020 that pretty much got laughed out of court because the attorneys claiming "election fraud" were unable to produce any actual evidence of it?
It'll probably be the same ol shit this time around as well.
