Rigged: Fulton County GA refuses to allow poll watchers for “special” ballot drops on the weekend.

The Georgia statue has been posted, moron. Friday was the deadline to accept them.

No Friday was the deadline for early in person voting. That isn't what is going on. Mail-in ballots received prior to the closing of the polls are valid and if you fall under Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act up to 3 days after election day.

Except that GA law explicitly states that absentee voting ended yesterday.

(d)
  • (1)There shall be a period of advance voting that shall commence:
    • (A) On the fourth Monday immediately prior to each primary or election; and
    • (B)As soon as possible prior to a runoff from any general primary or election but no later than the second Monday immediately prior to such runoff
and shall end on the Friday immediately prior to each primary, election, or runoff.

That's early in person voting. Mail-in ballots are valid if received by election officials prior to the close of polls on election day or up to three days later under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.

There's enough evidence already for either party to declare that the election wasn't fair. America will likely attempt to keep it hidden.

But the rest of the world has been watching the cheating happen.

America's reputation is shattered.
I agree

But the cheating began with the democrats

So the law I cited is not the law? WTF?

So the law I cited is not the law? WTF?

It's the law, but it pertains to "Early Voting" or as GA calls it "Advanced Voting". Meaning people come in, show their ID, receive a ballot, run it through the tabulator - just like election day.

That isn't what this is about.

It about people that had ordered mail-in ballots returning their mail-in ballot package and such packages are valid to be received through election day for most people and up to 3 days after election day for those that qualify under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. Once the sealed envelopes are turned in they are treated the same as all other mail-in ballots received. Meaning the security process and vote tabulation will occur later.

Why hand deliver the ballots? They were afraid if they dropped them in a USPS box they wouldn't arrive in time.

People that ordered mail-in ballots can walk in on Election Day and hand in their ballot 1 minute before polls close and they are valid.

Like I've been saying, this isn't about early voting, it's about accepting mail-in ballots which can be accepted through 7:00PM (Polls Closing) on election day.

There was a hearing yesterday and the Judge told the GOP they were wrong for trying to deny the acceptance of mail-in packages.

Not true. This is from the OP:

That was reversed. There will be observers in the offices. Acknowledged by both sides.

Prior to the 2020 election, I might have agreed. But now we know what happens when poll watchers are not allowed to watch the process of voting. It is plain to all, so they knowingly allowed the same to happen. Their instructions were emphatic to let the poll watchers "watch from the parking lot."
If they want to bring in vanloads of ballots they can do that in the middle of the night anyway, there is nothing we can do to stop it.

This is supposed to be just people returning ballots, they aren't going to be dropping off boxes full at a time- and if they do, it will definitely draw attention.

Interesting spin. How about citing GA law to support your spin.

LOL A judge elected by democrats sides with the democrats. Stop the presses.

The deadline is unacceptable and needs to be extended in order to accomodate overflow voters this year.
What is the problem?
Why are you MAGAts upset about higher than average voting this year?
Oh WAIT, I know!
Part of the Republican strategy has always been counting on low voter turnout. Basically Republicans can only win when voters fail to show up.
Naturally more votes is a nightmare for you guys, but that doesn't mean you have a legitimate legal challenge.
Accomodations designed to encourage maximum voter participation are not uncommon and usually have held up in courts.
Then change the law, stupid.

These votes are illegal and should not be counted per Georgia law.

Under GA law mail-in ballots are accepted through election day, and up to 3 days after election day under Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.

These are not early in-person votes where they are receiving a ballot, marking a ballot, and having it scanned (i.e. an early voting period), these are mail-in ballots being delivered which are valid through close of polls on election day.

So no, not end of story. Valid mail-in packages are held and processed with the others and are valid. That is the end of the story.

Georgia law says you are full of shit.

Next up-
They have to stop counting for two hours, with Trump up 25,000, due to an exploding toilet at opposite end of building and when they restart Kamala is up 25,000.

The law clearly states ABSENTEE BALLOTS, Dumbass.

Friday was the cut off date to drop them off.

All ballots must be postmarked no later than Election Day. Libbies, competitions have ending points…they don’t just continue on until you win.

And during that time they will pull out the perfectly normal black suitcases from under the tables and run them through the tabulators a few times, because that's how it's always been done in Georgia, and it isn't the least bit odd and definitely not fraud! :www_MyEmoticons_com__shush:

We're watching.

In 2020, we weren't watching.
