Revelation Of The Magi

One piece of history which moves me greatly every year is the Story of the Magi or the Three Wise Kings who visited Jesus to present him with gifts. This news video shows who these three kings were and what is the Star of Bethlehem. They risked it all to see the Baby Jesus and bring their gifts.

I can't get it------what did they "risk"? Oh I got the U-tube. It was silly---
they describe the well known fact that caravans passed over the silk road
all the way to china ------for importation of SPICES and call it
MIRACULOUS ----------when did it become MIRACULOUS??. The magi
story book was written almost 300 years after jesus was born by one of the
authors of the NT----attributed to a very vague character Matthew, whose putative
writings are sorta mystical.

That's a good one

its the estimate provided by the guy who seems to
be the archaeologist------but he seems a little cynical.
They speak of the fact of Zoroastrianism as if its a new
discovery.
