Retro tv shows from the past decades 50's, 60's,70's 80's, 90's

I'm looking the 70's right now. :p

They have a new remake of this show on Netflix but it's much different than the original.

That’s a show I watched during the 70’s. I had a boy crush on the girls.....can of weird.

Bonnie Franklin died in 2013.

Starsky and Hutch was filmed in Long Beach. The whole show was a fixture everywhere. I'm in an episode. There is a scene in which this tall incredibly beautiful woman is slowly walking down the street. It's drizzling. She's wearing oversized leopard sunglasses. She stops and looks in a store window then walks on.

That's me. I was on my lunch hour, not wanting to hurry back. The store was a prop. I walked by, looked in the window and went on my way. Then some guy ran up and asked me if I wanted to do it again for the camera. I signed a waiver and collected $50.00.

Quincy, Macmillan & wife, and the short lived Movin' on series (the Route 66 for the 70's).

I watched them film a scene where Hutch breaks down a gas station restroom door on Franklin Blvd in Hollywood...they did it like 30 times! LOL

There were a lot of show I liked to watch over the years. Don't recall much about 50's shows except for reruns - Lucy, Peter Gunn, Perry Mason, Wagon Train. 60's - Twilight Zone, The Fugitive, Man from UNCLE, The Invaders, Star Trek. 70's - The Waltons, Little House on the Prairie, MASH. 80's - lots of miniseries, Shogun, Winds of War, War and Remembrance. Also start of Star Trek TNG. 90's - Star Trek TNG, Star Trek DS9, Babylon 5.

Best Barney Miller episode:

That is a good one. The one(s) where Detective Harris makes a porno movie as a sting operation is great too. Best comedy series ever. The topics they took on, like the gay couple with a kid, were often way ahead of their time.

Anyone remember the '80s sci-fi/action series V? The one in which humanoid reptiles in gigantic alien spacecrafts, wearing human masks, exploit Earth in various ways? It had some serious badass, interesting acting from both Michael Ironside (a protagonist) and Jane Badler (the main lizard antagonist). I remember Faye Grant also did an amazing job for her 20-something age (another protagonist). V certainly knew how to have a lot of fierce action fun. And a lot of deliberate gross-out fun with these aliens swallowing small mammals all the time, in loving detail.
