Joe Arpaio was Maricopa County's sheriff for 24 years, which were marked by controversy, mostly surrounding immigration.

He should have retired decades ago.

Yet he wants to run for mayor?

I sure hope the people of Fountain Hills doesn't elect him as their mayor.
