Did I love Cooke and his family as much as halas and the bears?

Yes I did.

Cooke was somebody as much as Halas and Lombardi was. I never want anyone to own the Packers except their fans, I never want anyone to own the bears except his heirs, and when John died and his family lost it to that snot nose kid Snyder it was one hell of a sad day for me
