I know of a small company that was in business for 40 to 50 years, and it was told to me that it was valued at around 40 million at the time of sell. It was purchased at a deal by a mega corporation that annexed it into it's corporate chain.

Well in three years time according to a source, they have sucked the life out of the company purchased, laid off half it's original staff, penny pinched it's budgets to the point of collapse (i.e.raising profits to the main office), raped it's resources, destroyed it's infrastructure, killed it's model, and is probably going to be gone in the next 3 years. Wasn't that what Romney was involved in with Bain Capital also ???? The new company implemented all sorts of draconian rules that are non-productive towards their alledged or supposed (in the beginning), goal to rise all boats involved, where as the rules are just a CYA in order to keep savage lawyer's from trying to get a piece of them while they conduct operation's extracting what they can from the once lucrative operation. It's a vicious cycle, and a brutal thing to hear of it being told about.

So otherwise, to heck with all the attributes or character that makes companies live long, prosper, and for them keeping a standing in their communities operated in or in keeping quality standards when it comes to working with the cities operated in, it's own employee's, and the dealing with it's own employee's etc.

In summary, I guess companies being purchased by mega companies/corporation's is not nessesarily a great thing. They are there only for profits, and that's it mainly... Fair enough....... Why do you think they have on staff a bevy of high priced tax lawyers? In addition the IRS is incompetent on purpose, so they aren’t capable of auditing massive corporations.

Indeed, the chart below tells you all you need to know. Thanks to the mad money-printers in the Eccles Building, Coca-Cola’s market cap has soared from $150 billion to $229 billion during the last 10 years, even as it’s net income has plunged from $12.5 billion to $7.7 billion or by nearly 40%.

At the end of the day, Coca-Cola’s now very woke executives got very rich, but not because of the company’s miserable performance. They got rich and woke because the Fed made it so, fueling a rampant gambling casino on Wall Street that took the company’s PE from 12X in 2011, which it barely deserved, to nearly 30Xtoday, which is a pure crime upon honest finance.

I know of a small company that was in business for 40 to 50 years, and it was told to me that it was valued at around 40 million at the time of sell. It was purchased at a deal by a mega corporation that annexed it into it's corporate chain.

Well in three years time according to a source, they have sucked the life out of the company purchased, laid off half it's original staff, penny pinched it's budgets to the point of collapse (i.e.raising profits to the main office), raped it's resources, destroyed it's infrastructure, killed it's model, and is probably going to be gone in the next 3 years. Wasn't that what Romney was involved in with Bain Capital also ???? The new company implemented all sorts of draconian rules that are non-productive towards their alledged or supposed (in the beginning), goal to rise all boats involved, where as the rules are just a CYA in order to keep savage lawyer's from trying to get a piece of them while they conduct operation's extracting what they can from the once lucrative operation. It's a vicious cycle, and a brutal thing to hear of it being told about.

So otherwise, to heck with all the attributes or character that makes companies live long, prosper, and for them keeping a standing in their communities operated in or in keeping quality standards when it comes to working with the cities operated in, it's own employee's, and the dealing with it's own employee's etc.

In summary, I guess companies being purchased by mega companies/corporation's is not nessesarily a great thing. They are there only for profits, and that's it mainly... Fair enough....... Then we have the trade bullcrap in which is the final stake in the hearts of the American culture, workforces, standards, and everything else that was the nitted web that held this nation together for so long.
