While I think the chances of Hillary having to drop out of the race for health reasons is about 1%, a lot of Republicans and Trump supporters seem to be giddy at the prospect she might have to withdraw from the race and the Democrats would be forced to replace her on the ballot. If that were to realistically happen, I think Trump is sunk for sure. Right now, his best chance of winning, which is already rather slim, is against Clinton. She is a very disliked and untrustworthy candidate among the public. The only reason why she has been winning in most of the polls is because Trump is viewed even more negatively than she is. No other Democratic candidate the DNC would choose would have Clinton's negatives and they would likely steamroll Trump on Election Day.

You seem to be narrow-minded enough to believe all Democrats are the same and as sleazy as Hillary.

Better candidates than Hillary;

Carter, for a second term. More healthy, less corrupt, more electable.

Dukakis. More healthy, less corrupt, more electable.

Howard Dean. More healthy, less corrupt, more electable.

Carrot Top. More healthy, less corrupt, more electable.

I believe that every American who fears the Lord should be praying that the will of God be done. Not our will. God's will. That is how I am praying concerning the future of this election. With that said, it appears that the person who would replace her would be Bernie Sanders due to how he worded his announcement to withdraw, Taz. It appears to now be a matter of legality according to the Democrats.

The DNC Rules Are Suspended, If Hillary Drops Out The Second Candidate With The Highest Number Of Delegates Gets The Nomination - USA SUPREME

The DNC rules offer two options if Hillary drops out of the race! You can view the full DNC rules book below this article! First is if Hillary drops out the second candidate with the highest number of delegates gets the nomination, in this case, Bernie Sanders(which is a rule that was in charge since 1968 DNC convention in Chicago,Illinois)!

And the second is that The democratic national committee has the full authority to name a replacement for Hillary should she stop running for president for some reason! Fortunately for Sanders supporters, the DNC rules are suspended. The bylaws are not suspended, the bylaws give the right to the next candidate with the required delegates to be the presidential nominee. Bernie suspended the rules and did not nominate her by acclamation (as you can see in the video below) what he said was:

⇓VIDEO BELOW⇓

What he said was, “Madam Chair, I move that the convention suspend the procedural rules. I move that all votes…all votes cast by delegates be reflected in the official record and I move that Hillary Clinton be selected as the nominee for the Democratic party of the United States.” After waving to the crowd, he and Jane turned around and walked out. (Notice that he did NOT even say the words “I nominate

Should anything happen, as a nominated candidate, it is still POSSIBLE for U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders to be our next President?

  • U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders ONLY endorse CLINTON.
  • U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders WAS NOMINATED by the DNC.
  • U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders WAS SECONDED by Tulsi Gabbard.
  • U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders DID NOT CONCEDE to CLINTON.
  • U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders DID NOT suspend his campaign.
  • Senator Bernie Sander’s endorsement may have been a tactical master stroke of political maneuvering.
Bernie can always switch back to a Democrat. There is nothing preventing that. Simple form to fill out.

Bernie and Hillary were both nominated in a contested convention. Hillary won the contest, yet both were nominated. Yes, Bernie didn’t win, but his nomination was seconded.

Yes, the nominating process is over. That is very important! Two nominees were motioned, both were seconded. As there were two it had to be contested. A roll count was agreed upon. Hillary won the contest between the two. Sanders is still one of the two. He lost the contest, not his nomination coming short of first place.

Julian Assange predicted that Hillary will not be indicted by the DOJ. It came true. So now Assange is dripping leaks slowly destroying the Real Clinton Firewall! When that happens, Sanders can logically, morally and legally claim to become the presidential nominee.

Bernie’s 2nd Motion: All votes be reflected in the official records. – It’s official now! If Hillary drops out for whatever reason, Bernie can successfully claim to become the presidential nominee of the dem. party based on the official records!!!

THIS EXPLAINED EVERYTHING : BERNIES ENDORSEMENT. WIKILEAKS WAITING. BERNIE NOT TALKING ABOUT HILLS EMAILS OR THE ELECTION FRAUD AND VOTER SUPPRESSION! Given the fact that FBI director is also investigating Clinton foundation and is even ready to go around DOJ Loretta Lynch just to get her there is good chance for Clinton to lose the nomination! And Assange latest interview where he said that our next leak can bring her down because it is something that FBI can’t overlook! If Clinton steps aside Sanders becomes the nominee!

My final comment - These are interesting times.

You're wrong in degree.

While Hillary rigged the primaries it was with the complicity of all possible alternative D candidates.

The rigging of general elections is what made King and Cook counties famous with Wikileaks casting doubt on almost all Ds in office the negatives of the party are going to sky-rocket later this month. Hillary and Obama will take most of the heat but the revulsion will be general.

The ACA death spiral will be headline news nationally Nov 1st that will do massive reputational damage to the D franchise.

A replacement might mitigate the disaster for the Ds but it will still be a disaster.

I love listening to the shrill yips from the far right.

Trump's best bet for victory is against Hillary.

Tim Kaine steps in and Trump will step out in defeat.

Yep!

Toss Joe in there and it's over. The GOP would say he's a gaffe machine, but they're RUNNING the all time King of that.

Joe is eminently more likeable than Trump. And Kaine could just take over - he's even liked by Republicans in Congress, those damn pinko commie RINO socialist Marxist radical transsexuals who only want to turn America into Cuba.

Hillary is Trump's only chance.
.

Forget Republican/Democrat. The country will be better off without Hillary Clinton. The Clinton crime family should not be rewarded with the US Presidency. Period, end of story.

You dumb dork. I posted yesterday that the dems might be looking at a change and you said my post was false.

Dems may hold emergency mtg to consider replacing clinton

And here you are today saying the gop shouldn't hope for a change.

I agree that Kaine could defeat Trump. I do consider
a drop out by HILLARY -----to be a significant possibility---
especially if some criminal investigation pans out-----she can
jump out for "medical reasons"
