What I am saying is that they are not condoning or applauding corruption in this case, but rather taking the most reasonable and sensible approach to fix a much MUCH bigger and more damaging problem than anything Adams might have done wrong.

If Adams' 'crimes' were so awful, why were charges not brought years before? They were only brought when Adams strongly criticized the Biden Administration's immigration policies. Unethical lawfare has to be dealt with appropriately too.
