To be fair, Walker got to UGA because he worked his tail off to be a great football player, and boy was he good. He had the physical raw materials to go with it. That said, Johnson county Ga., ("Wrightsville), for which I am very familiar with, sucked at education. It's a very poor county. There are tons of the really bottom of the barrel counties to get a good high school education in Ga., and trust me, Johnson county was one of the worse. Money, power, and especially white privilege, are not offered to the poor mostly black counties in Ga. Of course, that's all by design.
