Not sure that horny & pleasure share the same sensation, like blue balls, is that horny or painful need to reach a conclusion? OD-ing on Viagra is one painful penis. Women feel an ache described as a need. Hugging, touching, smelling, hearing & seeing is all that is needed to release the OT, described as the love hormone. When a women's nipples rise she is experiencing an OT flow to the breasts that can be seen spreading from the areola outward with thermal imaging. Any of the senses can trigger that. A good feeling related to attachment is sensed. The same reason a baby needs sensual touching and bonding. A rapist is probably horny, but so is a teenager, and for different reasons, probably different sensations. For every good idea the right has (limited federal government, adherence to the constitution) they insist on adopting some truly ridiculous ones (banning gay marriage, banning all abortions).
