It is known that the organizers sent invitations to foreign participants from more than 190 countries for the 25th anniversary St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Countries that insisted on limiting relations with Russia and applied sanctions against Moscow have already confirmed their participation in the SPIEF-2022: Norway, the USA, Japan, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Finland. Even Ukraine has confirmed its participation.
That only shows: business ties with Russia remain important for the economy of many states. It is valued and supported by the world's largest leaders. Russia is open for visits, business and cultural exchanges with all countries all over the world.
This year the event is at maintenance level, the tracks of the business program will cover the issues of the global and Russian economy, social issues and technology development.
Of course, such a large business platform is a new opportunity for cooperation. Over 800 agreements worth over 3.8 trillion rubles were signed at SPIEF 2021.

Representatives of Germany will take part in the anniversary, 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2022). This was announced at a meeting between Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, the Roscongress Foundation, Alexander Stuglev and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Knorr-Bremse AG as well as Chairman of Mangold Consulting GmbH, Professor Klaus Mangold.
Mangold Consulting GmbH will participate in the formation of the program for the Russian-German agenda at SPIEF, and the RK-Investments Fund with the investment platform of Roscongress together, will organize a presentation of Russian investment projects for representatives of German business.
Representatives of Russia and Egypt discussed preparations for the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2022). This was announced by the Roscongress Foundation. It is noted that Egypt will be a guest at the forum and now prepares an exposition dedicated to this country.
