I retired from the steel mill in 2006, so I haven`t kept up with the ways of the gun nuts. Most of the people I know own guns that are for hunting or home protection. I have no problem with that, but people who want concealed carry licenses are the biggest pussies that I`ve ever known who are afraid to leave their homes without a gun tucked in their bra.

In NYC I need to wait 3-6 months and pay over $600 in fees just to keep a revolver in my apartment.

The strange thing is it's easier for me to get a 30.06 long action bolt rifle, that I can fire and have the bullet shoot through 2 other apartments in my building and threaten my neighbors AFTER it goes through the bad guy I am shooting at.

Or I can just get a .38 snubbie with hollow points that won't go through walls, meaning I perforate the bad guy, and not my neighbors.
