Report: Trump to Take Control of USPS, Dismiss Postal Board

I guess you never ran a company to see how little employee benefits account for in operating costs. Their retirement program is fully self-funded BTW.
I have owned my own business for over 20 years. The federal government doesn't give benefits to my workers and the federal government wouldn't give me money if I were to be in the red.

How much would change if the USPS was absorbed into the Commerce Dept? Congress still has to appropriate money to run every Executive Branch agency anyway, right? They can stipulate whatever rules or conditions that the President has to honor, right? I'm not seeing this as a big deal for most Americans.

Is your business listed in the Constitution? Forgot that little tidbit? Try some independent thinking!

Fair exams no preference except for combat vets.

I would doubt that particular part.

Veterans are usually treated the same except for those with a service connected disability. It doesn't mean 'combat', just disability.

5 point and 10 point Vets.

And the exams? From my experience there are certain groups who seem to get the Civil Service exam ahead of time and teach the test.

You asked me a question and I answered. The fact is, you already admitted that the post office gets funding from the federal government and it's employees get federal government benefits. Like I said, the wording is nothing but a shell game. If you get federal funds and your employees get federal benefits, you are a federal agency, no matter how much hocus pocus you want to do with word play.

You did not answer the question. Is your company listed as a government service in the Constitution? If it is not, you have no complaint that you do not receive government funding, no matter the amount. That screaming noise you heard was the point passing over your tiny, pointed head.
