You mean the one which mandated we remove all combat troops by 2009 and all forces except for security or training, by 2011. The one which said any combat troops in Iraq after 2009 would be subject to Iraqi criminal law. So if our soldiers killed somebody, even in self defense they could face the Iraqi death penalty.

Thats one big fat lie. As it was Obama wanted to keep troops in Iraq, but the Iraq government was adamant that any crimes committed would be tried by their courts and their legal system, The Americans could not accept that. SOFA was signed by BUSH

The agreement was signed in December 2008. A month before Obama became president, and had no say over what Bush put in the SOFA, or how it was signed off.
