Voter fraud objections were ignored or covered up by nearly all democrats while nearly all republicans remained convinced the democrats committed the fraud and then lied about it.

About 60% of Republicans in the House voted for the objection and a couple of Senators. Not “nearly all” by any means.

Those Republicans voted to silence the voices of millions and millions of Americans based on rumor, hearsay and unverified claims from fringe internet weirdos.

Many if not most of the cops didn’t have riot gear. They didn’t know it was going to be a riot, but the MAGA brownshirts were so cranked up they started fighting immediately after they got to the Capitol.

Police were defending themselves, their coworkers, the building and Congress. They didn’t choose to fight the protesters, the protestors chose to fight them.
