requirement----you want examples? There are
more than "some abuses"----ON BOTH SIDES of
the issue. The issue even includes attacks on

If you imagine that being ON WELFARE is a
picnic for MOST PEOPLE on welfare----you are
stupid. What is true is that there is lots of
fraud out there on one side and lots of "taking
advantage of" on the other. Welfare "work
programs" are a nitemare of BOTH
