Renewables continue to increase the percentage of power they generate for the grid

So business will go to an area that has more forward looking utilities where they can get the power.
The thing is that this isn’t just an issue in my region of the country, and definitely not with just my employer. This is a national level issue.

You saw what happened with Texas’ grid. Nobody is prepared at either the Transmission or Distribution level to deal with this massive influx of Generation load. It can’t be fixed overnight. It will require more Transmission capacity, more Substations, new Feeders and major upgrades to the current feeders. It’s not a small issue.

Stupid ass, that is not a photovoltaic plant.
Before you start throw pejoratives around, please show me in your OP where the word "photovoltaic" was mentioned. You mention solar, wind and renewables but nothing about photovoltaic. Maybe you should be more specific when you run your mouth. It is this lack of specificity that always makes your argument fall apart.

Fellow, you knew exactly what I meant, and you posted a half lie, which is really a whole lie. Tonopah was a failed experiment. Solar today is the leading new generation being installed for a reason, a reason concerning economics and time. And fools like you standing in the horse turds by the side of the highway screaming "get a horse" will not slow it one whit.

The building of the Interstate Highway system was not a small issue, but we did it. I really am sick of all the old men that stand around saying "we can't, we can't". Had we listened to such fools in the past, we would still be trying to figure out how to get over the Appalachian Mountains.

It was Ivanpah, dumbass. The economy of solar is a bust, except for individual homes where it can work in limited areas.

Your entire premise is a lie.

Interstate highways are a legitimate Federal expense under the interstate commerce and postal road provisions in the US Constitution.

The US electric grid does not fall under federal control in terms of forced upgrades and construction.

Solar today is the leading new generation being installed for a reason,

Two reasons.

Hundreds of billions of wasted tax dollars and moronic green mandates.

You know what you meant. We are not mind readers. Write what you mean--specifically. You are talking about specific issues. IOW, don't say sun when you mean moon and don't say solar in general when you mean a SPECIFIC TYPE OF SOLAR. Finally, don't blame others for your mistakes, and especially don't try to make points in a debate by using ad homs and pejoratives--it doesn't help your argument. You're welcome.
