Having a car move very slowly towards you IN THE STREET for a split second does not justify the use of deadly force. Especially since the front wheels were turned away from him when he fired. He was in no danger when he fired. She was trying to steer around the officer and leave. This is murder.

Even if the car did touch him as some are claiming, that is still not justification to use deadly force. The car was moving away from him when he shot.

There is a video from the right side of the front end of the vehicle showing him being hit and PUSHED BACK about 4 feet, the angle of the shot showed he was still out in front of the far left bumper when he was hit.

This angle clearly shows the ICE agent being hit and dragged on by the car. Could have easily killed him.
