Floyd was munching on speedballs and they found one in the patrol car where he was placed (as I already posted). IMO, He was probably just 'coming on' to the drugs when he was on the ground and eventually caused him to shout that he couldn't breathe. Apparently the opioid (Fentynal) was paralyzing his breathing but he didn't pass out because of the meth. Too bad he didn't tell the cops what he was ingesting, things could have gone differently.

Floyd did not OD on Fentanyl because that's what they give claustrophobic patients to get them into MRI machines. Floyd was clearly claustrophobic getting into the police vehicle.

Another reason Floyd did not OD on Fentanyl is because fentanyl actually prevents people from knowing they can’t breathe and from feeling like they can’t breathe. Floyd's response was the exact opposite, because he was not overdosed.

There was no edema to indicate any heart condition.
