When it comes to law, I fall back on my legal training in college. I needed units as dictated to me by the State of California. They finally released me from more training about 15 years ago. I got out of CA in the nick of time as it happens. Now they restored training requirements past when I was released and in fact they invalidated much of my previous training by law. Damn California.
