Remember Trump saying he was going to end the war before he takes office?

It's not what I thought. It's what the people who voted for him thought.
I knew he'd try. no one else was as I wrote.
They thought Trump would "art of the deal" an end to the war within days, saving thousands and thousands of lives.
Sometimes people are just assholes like Putin.
But like when they believed Trump would make Mexico pay for the wall, they didn't get what they were sold.
They did.

Not campaign issues.
HONESTY ISSUES.
Trump knew he wouldn't, and couldn't make either promise happen.

But Trump knew people would vote for the person promising to solve all their problems.
Yes they are.

Remember Biden said he was going to cure cancer.....

he never promised anything. He stated he stop it on day one. Putin thumbed his nose and trump didn't expect that. Well here we are, he's still pursuing it. He never gave up. weird how you fkers can't stop your rage. that's mental dude.
But Trump knew people would vote for the person promising to solve all their problems.
he closed the border, he's going to the cities for the sake of the people to clean them up. haaaaaaaaaaaaaahahaha. It's what he said. He tariffed, he brought gas prices down, he's got numbers in the right direction on groceries, not all, but quite a lot. still more than any one president has ever done. Obammy did fking nothing but fk up our healthcare dollars. All a democrat is worth.

Yes they are.

Biden never made such an absolute promise.
He promised a moonshot like program. Not that we would land a man on the moon before the decade was out.

but if it's a republican it's always an absolute huh? hilarious the lines you walk.

Joe Biden made a prominent campaign promise in 2019 that if elected president, "we're gonna cure cancer,"
"A lot of you understand what loss is and when loss occurs, you know that people come up to you and tell you 'I understand' if you lose a husband, a wife, a son, a daughter, a family member," he said. "That's why I've worked so hard in my career to make sure that — I promise you if I'm elected president, you're going to see the single most important thing that changes America, we're gonna cure cancer."

Well thank you for proving he did promise that if he was elected....

Biden didn't say he was going to cure cancer, (individual)
But instead said we are going to cure cancer. (collective)

So he did fail on his campaign rhetoric.

The poster you’re replying to didn’t say anything about immigrants

The poster said “illegal aliens”

The fact you can’t tell the difference between immigrants and illegal aliens highlights you are a bigot

She has a long history of railing against all people of color.

Amusingly, she wouldn't have been considered "white enough" a couple generations ago.

The fact that she feels the need to dehumanize them to justify what Trump is doing to them makes her no better than the Nazis.

And P.S. You notice how he tries to draw a parallel between law-abiding German Jewish citizens who were sent to their deaths and the illegal alien lowlifes who should be deported?

Very insulting to Jews, which the poster well knows. He’s one of the biggest antisemites on the forum.

Actually, the Nazis passed something called the Nuremberg Laws, which made nearly everything they did legal.

Hitler dehumanized the Jews, Trump dehumanizes undocumented immigrants.

Same shit... different assholes.

15th post
And the majority of the immigrants both documented and undocumented are here obeying the law and working harder than most Americans do inorder to survive. I am a leftist and I agree there should be no undocumented immigration but on order to do that we need tomakedocumented immigration more accessible. Everyone already here needs their day in court to decide if they are here legally or not. Only a court can decide that.

Quite right.

I am currently trying to get permanent legal residency for my wife who legally immigrated here 10 years ago. Two years ago, I had to submit over 200 pages of documentation proving we were married. We had to pay $4000.00 in legal and administrative fees.

Second batch, we have to sumbit another 100 pages of documentation proving we are still married. (Including joint utility bills, banks account records, insurance, pictures.)

We could easily solve the "Illegal immigration" problem by

1) Going after the people who hire them.
2) Establishing a biometric national ID system
3) Issuing Guest Worker Visas for the jobs Americans don't want to do
4) Having aggressive foreign aid programs to relieve poverty in countries they come from.

We won't do any of that.

Yes you do have a history of dehumanizing people

Yes, the Nazis passed the Nuremberg Laws, modeled on the Dem party's Jim Crow laws.

No, immgration laws are not anything close to those laws, because those laws deal with citizens of the country, immigration laws deal with how one can come to a country legally, and obtain citizenship. Moreover, immgration laws, might get you deported home, not sent to a gas chamber. Again, this is your bigoted way of downplaying the horrors of those leftist regimes.

Trump has not dehumanized immigrats, in fact he married one, same with his VP

Actually, Hitler used American Indian Reservations as a model for his concentration camps, and that was a Republican Idea.

Um, first, the Nazis are considered right wing. Shit, the Axis's official name was the "Anti-Comintern Pact"

Second, the initial Nazi plan for the Jews was to deport them. they only got sent to the gas chambers after no one else wanted them, either. And now we see Trump trying desperately to send people from Latin America to Africa for lots of money because they can't get those countries to take their people back.

Third, Trump has ignored or tried to circumvent court orders to protect immigrants who have legal status. Sometimes going to ridiculous lengths like they have been doing with Abrego-Garcia.

You mean he married a WHITE immigrant. Wow.

Oh, Usha Vance was born in California.

How the Nazis Were Inspired by Jim Crow

To craft legal discrimination, the Third Reich studied the United States.

You literally just make things up to support your bigotry.
