Maybe but that’s an opinion difficult to prove. Nearly all presidents are liars and many have gotten away with lying. Obama came to office promising all sorts of things for the people, but delivered exclusively for the 1%.
It’s more complicated when the corpse you worshipped, Biden, gave his pal Putin an open invitation to a “minor incursion”.
