"Remain In Mexico" policy blocked by Liberal court.

We'll see about that.

Back to the Supreme Court......

Under orders from their Democratic masters, the 9th Circuit Court just blocked the illegal immigrant "Remain In Mexico" policy. The Democrats are always working hard for the rights of illegals, too bad they don't give a shit about American citizens.

Court says Trump administration can't continue returning asylum-seekers to Mexico
Appeal it to the SCOTUS and that puts the 9th on hold.
Emergency Appeal to SCOTUS has already been filed... Poor libs...

An utterly disgusting and unconstitutional move by the 9th.

Trump has 10 Constitutionalists on that panel. 10 more and it will become legitimate.

Illegals have Rights unavailable to Americans.

The panel opinion preliminarily enjoining the administration from enforcing its policy, is striking in the court’s devil-may-care attitude to the implicit national security issues. Now the panel wants to go through the motion of taking these issues into account. It has held up the enforceability of its ruling while the parties submit briefs on an expedited schedule. Ninth Circuit court suspends own order that blocked ‘Remain-in-Mexico’ policy.

In the original order before they had proper second thoughts, Act. Judge Paez gilds the lily by drawing on “principles of nonrefoulement” to support the result.

A 9th U.S. Circus Court of Appeals panel voted unanimously Friday to suspend it's own order it issued earlier in the day to block a central pillar of the Trump administration’s policy requiring asylum seekers to wait in Mexico while their cases wind through U.S. courts.

The three-judge panel told the government to file written arguments by the end of Monday and for the plaintiffs to respond by the end of Tuesday.

The Justice Department said at least 25,000 asylum seekers subject to the policy are currently waiting in Mexico and expressed “massive and irreparable national-security of public-safety concerns.”

Government attorneys said immigration lawyers had begun demanding that asylum seekers be allowed in the United States, with one insisting that 1,000 people be allowed to enter at one location.

“The Court’s reinstatement of the injunction causes the United States public and the government significant and irreparable harms — to border security, public safety, public health, and diplomatic relations,” Justice Department attorneys wrote.

The Deep State is deeply committed to open borders so that illegals can fill our cities with crime and low wage workers that undercut the pay of the Working Class.

This case cries out for adult supervision by the Supreme Court if the Ninth Circuit itself does not have sober second thoughts in light of the briefing it has called for.

This evening, with support of DOJ attorneys and CBP’s declaration, the 9th Circuit granted a stay of its earlier order enjoining MPP. @CBP will immediately reinstate MPP!

U.S. shuts border bridge to stop migrants rushing across from Mexico

"CIUDAD JUAREZ/EL PASO (Reuters) - U.S. authorities said they closed the busy Ciudad Juarez-El Paso border bridge on Friday after more than a hundred mostly Cuban migrants tried to cross in response to a court ruling suspending an asylum policy...."

Why we would advocate suspending or halting this program is utterly beyond me. It works.
