I have to say, you did say thank you. I was replying to you but maybe you did not want a reply.Working on it, hasn't happened yet.
And that wasn't a Tesla video.
And no evidence for the range and charging time claim.
Thanks for trying.

The aluminum ion battery recharges super fast. The LI battery just recharges 1 ion per period, the aluminum battery is 3 times faster.![]()
One cannot dump that much energy into a battery that fast.![]()

Still not that fast. The aluminum ion battery recharges super fast. The LI battery just recharges 1 ion per period, the aluminum battery is 3 times faster.

If it works, good news. At the moment, many excited people are racing ahead of themselves. They won’t be available in the US for at least a few years because automakers haven’t tested the batteries. All the articles I've read keep saying, "Could", "Might", "potentially" etc.. So time will tell. The new Aluminum Ion battery is exciting and lowers prices for a EV. At last the battery takes you 1000 miles and recharges in 5 minutes. Tesla has cut auto prices with that battery. And there is no fire danger.

There was a programme in the UK called Tomorrows World spanning from 1965 to 2003. It featured new technologies. The vast majority never saw the light of day. So we were drought up being dubious to new technologies/inventions. Some did hit the market, but not what anyone expected quantity wise over a 38 year period. Probably lucky if 38 hit the market.Pigs could fly, but they usually don't.
Tesla and Toyota are all over this and plan to deliver autos this year.If it works, good news. At the moment, many excited people are racing ahead of themselves. Like I said, potentially -Tesla and Toyota are all over this and plan to deliver autos this year.
Aluminum ion batteries are rechargeable batteries that use aluminum ions (Al³⁺) as charge carriers. This innovative design allows them to deliver higher energy densities than lithium-ion batteries potentially. Specifically, aluminum can exchange three electrons per ion during charging and discharging. One aluminum ion can carry the equivalent charge of three lithium ions.Still not that fast.![]()

I thought you Leftwing guys were boycotting and vandalising Tesla's? What gives?
Tesla has them on the market, now.
I am not left wing. My primary gripe with the earlier evs is wasted time charging the former Tesla's and price of them. Tesla has hit a home run and soon so will Toyota.I thought you Leftwing guys were boycotting and vandalising Tesla's? What gives?
Let's all go back to the days before CAFE standards and those ridiculous clean air laws
Remember those good times!

If the car/van is petrol, diesel, electric, hydrogen, or nuclear power; I just want it as convenient and as cheap as the diesel vehicle I'm running. At the moment, electric fails on all criteria. In 25 years or so they’ll be laughing at us and our gasoline powered cars.
