Blacks are the least educated people in the country. They have lower test scores than everyone else. Asians have the highest. Latinos are closer to blacks, whites test near the level of Asians.

The black-white gap in testing levels persists even though blacks are in schools that spend just as much money per kid as white schools do. But they are still baffled why they test lower.

That's not the issue. They are forcing college students to leave school and travel home in order to vote, even though they are residents living in dorms of the school they are attending. A student from Miami going to Florida State in Tallahassee would have to drive 8+ hours home just to vote.
