Well if there are recording then the Senate needs to get those recording. SO far it is just an informant who says this and that. The FBI has document saying he said this and that. He says he has the recording. It strange that these recording have not been turned over to the FBI since this happen more than 8 years ago. The FBI then would have a case and can build a solid foundation for prosecution. The FBI has to have proof that was provided to them not just something that was told to them. The other question is the reliability and who is providing this information.

Still the senate can convict on statement of one person without proof. The guy says he has tapes then turn them over.

This is nothing more than informant information. It is unknown if any tapes actually exist other than statements by this informant. The claim that Biden and son were paid 5 million each is ridiculous . If the informant was told this by someone else then it is problematic. IF Biden son was paid 5 million then why the heck would he even bother working for that Ukraine company.

People remember the steel dossier and the information that was gathered. Trump was acquitted by congress. Republican ridiculed the dossier which was nothing more than informant information provided to the FBI.

Now it is 360 as they are yelling guilty as charged based on informant information from a guy in Ukraine.
