Took me and my wife 5 working days to get mine in Virginia. Pretty much have to be a violent felon to be denied.

Veterans can get a free Lifetime CAC Permit in the State where I live, after they unanimously passed the law in the State House and Senate back in 2016.
The Governor signed into law even though he is a Democrat.

If the veteran has a verifiable record of their military small arms training, they don't even have to go through the regular qualification.
It's as easy as it can get for Vets here ...

You got everything promised to you by the government. You gave up the best years of your life to serve our country while most others were partying, going to college, or otherwise living in their parents basement smoking dope which precluded them from securing reliable employment that would have otherwise gave them the opportunity to support themselves if they could only pass a drug test. No, I went on disability. Disability is not welfare because I paid into it all my life. It's just like insurance. You hope you don't have to use it, but if you get into a car accident or an electrical fire burns down your house, insurance is there to cover your losses.

I surrendered all my medical files since the day I was born. Government medical professionals reviewed my records, and decided the first government doctor was absolutely correct. I could no longer work. How is that manipulating the system? After looking at my records, they didn't even call me in for an examination or tests.

Your problem is you use words you don't know the meaning of such as welfare and manipulation. You have a problem with people who worked for what they have but no problem with people who haven't. You embellish that crowd of people. This is why people with your mentality should never be in a position to run our government. When it comes to common sense or logic, leftists are void of that ability.
