We haven't gotten better at keeping them out, they just know we're in a depression and so they aren't coming, they are leaving. They came here and underbid American's for jobs, sending their money home and wrecking our economy and now they are going home to live like kings on the money they made here while we are left to clean up the mess.

To say there arent getting better at keeping them out simply isnt true. While they may not be coming in the same numbers as before, a big reason for that is because theyve gotten better at catching them.
