Sometimes you try to make something and it doesn't work, no matter after a few attempts.

So which one did you find that worked and was damn nice -

First time making it today, and wow.

kudos for attempting a merry berry recipe ...

that does look good....I hate cooking chicken livers however...but hubby love chicken liver I will try it ..thanks

I ate a lot of chicken livers when I was little. Granny used to just snatch em up and snap their necks in one full swoop. So it was always fresh.

But I stopped eating livers of any kind when I got older. Once I understood what they actually were.

But pan fried chicken livers sure do taste good, regardless.

These work -

I'm making them tomorrow but I'm gonna prove the mixture for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Not enough air bubbles in 45 mins for my liking.

Tried this tonight, first time and it worked.

Points to note. The mince is tricky to spread out, I should have sat it out to room temp. Also, I squished it between my fingers, maybe a quick whizz in the blender might have made it more pliable.

It shrunk when cooked, maybe because it was not at room temperature.

The wrap was cooked 3 mins then 1 min, but turned out a little too crispy, so a lower heat next time.

Rather than make the sauce, I just bought Heinz burger sauce, which is actually against my food religion but I couldn't be bothered to make it.

Use all the ingredients because they all blend and it's damn nice. Actually tasted similar to a McDonalds (is that good or bad 🤔)

And as a Brit, one was enough for me!!

I add raspberry vinegar to mine.
