Here is what you are not understanding about the Occupy movement:
Despite being unorganized and intentionally lacking leadership, the point of it was to bring awareness to the wealth inequality issue which is that 1% of the top earners in this country own 40% of the entire nation's wealth. It was also created to raise awareness of the huge corporate influence in our government.
The message had nothing to do with "free stuff", chaos, or freeloading. The protest was for fair wages. This protest had no central leadership. It intentionally lacked organization. The trouble makers at these protests did not make trouble to make a statement. They made trouble because they are assholes. They made trouble because that is what happens when massive unorganized protests of any kind form. That is just human nature. The message had nothing to do with the law breaking. People are just people.
The Tea Party movement consists of smaller rallies that are well organized. These events are planned out and scheduled. This kind of behavior would not occur.

You know even if there were big backers of the Occupy movement, you are still missing my point. My point is that it doesn't matter who all were involved. It is about the purpose of the movement. Why am I not surprised you ignored the rest of my post?
