Raskin Calls For Impeachment of Elon Musk Who Is NOT in Elected Office

DOGE is doing a transparent audit regarding what are tax revenue is being spent on.
Do you have any control over how stupid your political overlords make you look and sound?
Keep holding the bag for leftists.
It's hilarious 😆
Modern Messiah is describing himself.

If your message is Trump is going to murder his opposition…

Hoooollly shit, are you serious right now?

For the third time, my message is SCOTUS ruled that a president can't be held criminally investigated for presidential acts.

Trump's order to Seal Team 6 to kill someone would clearly be a presidential order and such he cannot be held criminally liable for it. No one is saying he WILL do it, it's just an example of how imune to criminal liability POTUS has become under a conservative majority court.

If you still don't get it it's because you DON'T WANT TO get it.

Friscus's "I wanna believe what I wanna believe is truth" has never changed. He has no critical thinking skills.

So typical of these useless Democrats. No solutions to the problems, most of which they created. No policy. No ideas. Their entire party is TROLL and SMEAR, pathetic. We should revoke their citizenship, they are an embarrassment.

They had a solution to the problem, they had policies and ideas. Unfortunately they were too incompetent to beat Trump in an election they should have won.

"Democrats Are Losing It… Rep. Raskin Calls For Impeachment of Elon Musk Who Is NOT in Elected Office (VIDEO)

Democrats continued their meltdown on Tuesday.

Democrat lawmakers are having such a difficult time with Elon Musk and Donald Trump rooting out waste, fraud and communism in the halls of the US Capitol.

On Tuesday, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) called for the impeachment of Elon Musk, who is not an elected official.

Democrats are so scared of what Elon is yet to find that they want to “impeach” him."

The scary part is that Democrat voters are stupider than the idiots that they elect. Raskin is a clueless fool for speaking this type of nonsense.

Go for it! I wanna see that trial!

There is a precedent for what entails a “presidential act”… and murdering people wouldn’t be in it.

My goodness. It’s insane this stuff has to be explained

No Bureaucrat is elected and why trump can fire them. It’s called hierarchy

lol. Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, demonstrated that a money-driven system or moneyocracy can be effective, and Americans appreciated it. I love America! 💞

👉 Elon Musk cannot be impeached because impeachment applies to the President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States[4]. Musk currently holds the unelected position of head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and is serving as a special government employee (SGE) under President Trump[1].

Impeachment Explained:

  • Constitutional Grounds: Impeachment is reserved for "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors"[2][4].
  • House and Senate Roles: The House of Representatives has the power to impeach, requiring a simple majority[2]. The Senate then tries the impeachment, with a conviction requiring a two-thirds majority[2].
  • Civil Officers: The Constitution specifies that the "President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment"[4]. Members of Congress are not civil officers subject to impeachment[4].
  • Grounds for Impeachment: Congress has identified three general types of conduct that constitute grounds for impeachment: abuse of power, dereliction of duty, and conduct unbecoming an officer[2].

👉 As a special government employee (SGE), Elon Musk faces several potential conflicts of interest due to his extensive business ventures[3][4].

Specific Conflicts:

  • Financial Interests: Musk holds substantial financial interests in private companies, including Tesla, SpaceX, The Boring Company, xAI, X Corp., and Neuralink[3]. Ethics rules require Musk to recuse himself from any decision that he knows can affect his financial interests[4].
  • Government Contracts: Tesla and SpaceX alone account for at least $15.4 billion in government contracts across a dozen agencies over the past decade[3].
  • Federal Scrutiny: Musk's companies have been the subject of at least 20 recent investigations or reviews by federal agencies, heightening the risk that Musk may seek to use his new position to shield his companies from federal scrutiny[3].
  • DOGE Activities: Musk's activities, access to sensitive federal government information, and potential financial conflicts of interest raise questions about his foreign entanglements and the activities of others associated with the "Department of Government Efficiency"[3].
  • Advocacy Restrictions: Legal frameworks may restrict Musk's ability to advocate with federal agencies for any of his businesses if he has previously collaborated with that same agency in his role as a special government employee[2].

Ethics Concerns and Oversight:

  • Criminal Prosecution: A former White House lawyer said Musk might be susceptible to criminal prosecution if he does not recuse himself from decisions affecting his financial interests[4].
  • Waivers: It is unclear whether Musk has received a waiver for conflicts of interest, and federal law generally mandates that any such waivers be publicly disclosed[2][4]. Unless a waiver was provided before Musk's appointment, he may have violated the federal criminal conflict of interest statute[3].
  • Heightened Scrutiny: Musk's position as an SGE demands heightened scrutiny, as his companies routinely engage with federal agencies on various matters[6].
  • Senate Inquiry: Senator Adam Schiff is seeking answers on Musk’s compliance with federal conflicts of interest law and ethics requirements, given his activities within the Executive Office of the President and access to sensitive government information[3].
  • Justice Department Enforcement: There are concerns about whether the Justice Department will enforce financial conflict-of-interest regulations[2].

Musk's moves across federal agencies break with tradition and could result in legal action[1]. His actions appear to exceed the conventional scope of a special government employee[2].

Riiiiight that's why Americans REJECTED Democrats and humiliated them in a demoralizing election wipe out. 312, won every swing state, won the popular vote. :auiqs.jpg:

Non-elected officials can be impeached.
.
I really can't say...tho I read the Constitution / about it a lot.

I am sure there is a way to remove someone high up from FED office....other than a outright firing.

I am not lawyer...but I am sure tho you have to have a legal reason first.

I'm sure pisssing off LIBs is not one of them.
