Raskin Calls For Impeachment of Elon Musk Who Is NOT in Elected Office

"Democrats Are Losing It… Rep. Raskin Calls For Impeachment of Elon Musk Who Is NOT in Elected Office (VIDEO)

Democrats continued their meltdown on Tuesday.

Democrat lawmakers are having such a difficult time with Elon Musk and Donald Trump rooting out waste, fraud and communism in the halls of the US Capitol.

On Tuesday, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) called for the impeachment of Elon Musk, who is not an elected official.

Democrats are so scared of what Elon is yet to find that they want to “impeach” him."

The scary part is that Democrat voters are stupider than the idiots that they elect. Raskin is a clueless fool for speaking this type of nonsense.

Maybe they can show him some mercy and just vote to censure him... 😗 :stir:

Bullshit, everything that is done in Presidential capacity has effectively been given criminal immunity by the SCOTUS.

Even shockingly corrupt acts like ordering millitary to commit murders of political opposition.
… LOL

You’re not that crazy, are you?

Hey, by all means, show me where Trump ordered the military to kill Democrats

This should be good.

Where did I say Trump ordered that?

Your response is idiotic.

During SCOTUS deliberations there was explicit discussion of such possible scenario and Trump's lawyers argued that him ordering Seal 6 to kill his political oponents would be within presidential powers and therefore immune from criminal prosecution.

Could a president assassinate his rival?

Justices Sonia Sotomayor and then Samuel Alito touched on one of the most provocative hypotheticals raised in Trump's battle for "absolute immunity" from charges over what he claims were official acts: Could a commander in chief order SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival and not face prosecution?

"I'm going to give you a chance to say ...if you stay by it: The president decides that his rival is a corrupt person and he orders the military, or orders someone, to assassinate him -- is that within his official acts for which he can get immunity?" she asked.

"It would depend on the hypothetical," Sauer answered. "We could see that could well be an official act."

I never said he was.

Thats not a sane response to you being explained that Trump COULD order such murders as president and be immune from prosecution as per SCOTUS ruling.

1. SCOTUS rules POTUS can order a killing of political opponents and face no criminal prosecution because it would be a presidential act.

2. You try to refute that by saying Trump hasn't done that yet :cuckoo:

It doesn't refute anything obviously.

He did not say that, which is only a meanness revealed in your character, because, as you well know, it was a hypothetical.

Shame for being a jerk.

Trump Executive Order to end birthright citizenship - already ruled as brazen violation of Constitution.
Trump's immediate firing of 18 AG's brazenly violated law that required 30 days notice to Congress with specific reasoning.
Can you refute that fact?
Fess up, you just learned the word “brazen”…
