You have to be disabled and drawing SS disability before you can draw SSI. That is the part you are missing.

We are dictated to believe that somewhere in the hills of tennessee there is a child who could not get his life saving Tylenol cause it was only a democrat bureaucrat of a democrat congress that keeps the child alive.
